Dr. Bio Health Shipping Policy

 

Address Accuracy

To ensure timely delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate, using correct abbreviations and proper spacing. We are not responsible for incorrect information. If your package is returned as non-deliverable due to incorrect address information, we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

 

Refused Shipments

If you refuse any shipments from Dr. Bio Health, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.  

 

Missing Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your postal service. Dr. Bio Health is not liable for packages marked as delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that state they have been delivered.

 

Shipping Times

Please allow 7-40 business days for delivery from the date your order is shipped, not necessarily from the date it is placed. Order processing typically takes 3-5 business days before shipment. This is just an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays. When your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

International Shipping

We use major trusted international carriers to fulfill your package securely. Shipping is offered to the following destinations:

  • United States: 10-25 days via e-packet
  • Canada: 20-35 days via e-packet
  • United Kingdom: 20-40 days via e-packet
  • Australia: 13-20 days via e-packet
  • Western Europe: 10-35 business days
  • Rest of the world: 20-40 days

Delivery times may vary depending on local customs processing times (if any). Please note that the order processing time is not included in the shipping timelines.

 

Delays and Additional Charges

We are not liable for delays caused by customs, natural occurrences, transfers between international and local carriers, or transportation strikes or delays. We are also not responsible for any extra fees, customs duties, or back-end charges incurred.
