Return and Refund Policy (UK & EU)

1. Your Right to Cancel (EU & UK Consumers Only)

Under UK and EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without penalty.

  • If you cancel your order within 14 days: You are entitled to a full refund, including standard shipping costs.
  • After 14 days but within 30 days, we accept returns under the conditions listed below.

2. Returns Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return:

Unopened Products:

  • Must be unused, sealed, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Opened or Used Products:

  • Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.
  • This policy ensures product integrity and compliance with UK & EU health regulations.

Exceptions for Opened Products:
If you experience an adverse reaction or allergy, you may qualify for a refund or exchange. To request this:

  1. Contact Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide medical documentation (e.g., a doctor's note) detailing the reaction.

Once verified, we will process a refund or exchange based on your case.


3. How to Return a Product

1️. Obtain Authorization:

  • Contact our customer service team at [insert contact drbiohealth.uk@gmail.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  • Returns without a RAN will not be accepted.

2️.  Prepare Your Return:

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Include your order number and proof of purchase inside the package.

3️. Send Your Return to the Provided Address:

  • The return address will be provided upon authorization.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

4. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 14 business days.
  • If your return is rejected, we will inform you of the reason and whether an alternative solution is available.

5. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

🚫 We do not offer refunds or returns on:

  • Opened or used products (unless for verified allergy claims).
  • Gift cards.

6. Shipping & Return Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
  • For orders cancelled within the 14-day EU/UK cooling-off period, we will refund the standard shipping cost (but not express shipping fees).
